General Qualifications For the Above Positions:
Experience: Relevant experience in a similar subject or in the function in question. For most occupations, three to five years of experience are necessary; additional experience is needed for specialist positions like electricians or crane operators.
Certifications and Licenses: Holding the required certifications and licenses, such as an electrician license from EWURA or a heavy-duty driver’s license and certificate for truck and water bowser drivers, or a crane operator certification for crane operators. certificates in equipment operation for positions such as scissors lift operators, loaders, and roller operators.
Knowledge and Skills: Awareness of safety procedures, equipment upkeep, and operation. competence with tools, equipment, or vehicles that are pertinent to the position. the capacity to read and comprehend technical texts, maps, and drawings as needed. Depending on the role, basic to intermediate mechanical or technical abilities.
Safety: Familiarity with industry norms and construction safety laws, such as OSHA or comparable legislation. respect for safety procedures and guidelines in order to protect oneself and others at work. the capacity to adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
Physical stamina and fitness: the capacity to carry out strenuous physical tasks like carrying large things, operating machinery at heights, or driving for extended periods of time. adequate physical condition to operate in a variety of settings and weather conditions.
Technical competency: is the capacity to operate tools and technologies specific to a certain job, such as GPS devices for truck drivers or specialized instruments for electricians.

Duration: Throughout the project’s whole building phase, the contract will be for a certain task. Type of job: Full-time work.
Work Location and Residency: Chongoleani Ward in Tanga City will be the work location for these positions. For these positions, Daqing Oilfield Constructions Group Company Limited (DOCG) will supply meals and camping lodgings at our makeshift facilities. If chosen for this role, the candidate must make use of the camp accommodations.
