Program Requirements:
- Less than two years of work experience post-studies.
- 26 years old or younger.
- South African citizen by birth/naturalization or permanent resident. Citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply for positions in their respective markets.
- A minimum of 65% aggregate in completed or recent academic results.
- At least a B-degree (B-Com, BSc, B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7).
- A three-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered for Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, and Information Systems/Information Technology.
Internship Programme:
The Vodacom Internship Programme is a 12-month fixed-term contract providing workplace experience through a carefully designed training program. This allows participants to gain valuable work experience, explore career paths, network with professionals, and earn an income.
This internship serves as a pipeline into the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme or permanent roles as opportunities arise. Applicants must have completed at least an undergraduate degree or equivalent by the end of 2024, with start dates on February 1 and March 1, 2025.
