To be eligible for the Vodacom Internship Program, candidates must:
- Be Tanzanian nationals.
- Be recent graduates or have less than two years of work experience.
- Be 26 years old or younger.
- Have achieved a minimum of an upper second-class degree or equivalent in their field.
- Have academic backgrounds in one of the following fields:
- Computer Science / Information Technology
- Statistics / Actuarial Science
- Telecommunication / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Economics, Accounting, Finance
- Sales and Marketing
