Responsibilities

The Young Graduate – SFS Field Merchandiser will collaborate with the Category Manager and Network Sales Teams to oversee diversification efforts across several service stations. Through decisions on pricing, merchandising, items, and promotions, They maximize sales and margins for each store.

  • They are in charge of carrying out the shop’s product offers and merchandising plans, as determined by the category manager or SFS manager. He has to make sure that these measures are followed at the businesses.
  • They are in charge of implementing communication methods, emphasizing items, and running store promotions.
  • They are required to monitor the following metrics inside their station perimeter: pricing, stocks, shrinkage, turnover, and margin.
  • They are responsible for reporting irregularities in shops to the SFS Manager and Territory Managers, implementing corrective measures, and discussing prospective improvements to the shop.
