The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who attended interviews between January 15, 2023, and June 21, 2024, that the results of those who successfully passed the interviews are listed in this announcement. This list also includes some candidates who were in the database for various categories and have been assigned to job positions after the availability of vacancies.

Successful applicants are required to collect their job placement letters from the offices of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, within seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, any uncollected letters will be sent to the applicants via their postal addresses.

Additionally, successful applicants assigned to job positions must report to their employer within the specified time frame indicated in their job placement letters, bringing original educational certificates starting from Form Four onwards for verification by the employer before being issued an employment letter. Those whose names are not listed in this announcement should recognize that they did not secure a position/pass the interview and are encouraged to reapply for job vacancies when they are advertised again.
IMPORTANT
Those coming to collect job placement letters must have identification for verification purposes; acceptable identifications include: National ID, Passport, Zanzibar Resident ID, Voter ID, or Driver’s License.
