Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) aims to be the preferred provider of accessible specialized health services in Africa, serving as a healthcare social enterprise and through development programs in the community for the most vulnerable. Its Maternity and Newborn Wing serves as a referral centre for high-risk and emergency deliveries in Dar es Salaam and the Eastern Zone of Tanzania. To strengthen our Human Resource Department, we are seeking an energetic, analytical HR Professional who will assist in providing comprehensive HR services to our business units.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver effective HR services using the HR Business Partnering approach. Assess client needs, interpret, and apply the CCBRT HR strategy and policies, rules, and regulations. Establish internal procedures and provide solutions to complex HR issues. Collaborate closely with line managers on all staff management issues.

Handle all HR matters for allocated departments including HR administration, compliance, leave, performance management, recruitment & selection, training needs assessment, and disciplinary support. Assist in payroll administration and HRIS implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelorā€™s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in a business environment conducting performance analysis,
  • reporting with primary data collection, and data analysis.
  • Experience with payroll administration.
  • Proficient in planning, organizing, and structuring work.
  • Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and other word processing software.
  • Strong analytical and evaluative skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a client-oriented focus.
  • Proficient in both English and Swahili. Ability to maintain high confidentiality.
